Aside from challenging attitudes and increasing understand of disability, this includes making reasonable adjustments to remove barriers.
Extra support if you need it for your interview or assessment
Please let us know if you need any reasonable adjustments. We want you to be at your best during your interview so you can be fairly assessed for the role you’ve applied for.
If you have a disability or health condition, adjustments could include accessibility support or a change in the format of your interview or assessment.
You may have a medical condition or have caring responsibilities that may affect your availability to attend interviews or assessments at certain times, so we can work with you to find a time that works for you.
If you let us know you need reasonable adjustments, we’ll be in touch to discuss how we can support you.
Reasonable adjustments for your new role
If you’re successful and are offered the job, we’ll ask again if you need any reasonable adjustments to make sure you’re set up for success in your new role.
When you’re answering these questions, ask yourself: ‘Why do I need an adjustment and what do I need to fulfil my potential?’
If you let us know you need reasonable adjustments, please make sure you answer the three questions that follow which will help us assess your needs. There are some examples at the bottom of the page to help you answer these questions if you need it.
