About the Role

Royal London Ireland is seeking applications for a Case Manager whose purpose is to develop broker relationships to offer excellent service which will promote Royal London as their provider of choice for protection products. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, supportive, award-winning service team for a 12-month fixed term contract. The role will provide an opportunity to develop experience in the life insurance industry and expand on relationship building and customer service skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop broker relationships to offer excellent service which will promote Royal London as their provider of choice for protection products
  • Provide administrative support for and on behalf of the Sales Team
  • Deliver excellent customer service when dealing with varied and complex enquiries from Brokers and policyholders
  • Efficiently and effectively process policy documentation and underwriting requirements
  • Adhere to Treating Customers Fairly principles, the Consumer Protection Code and Royal London values



  • High level of accuracy
  • Courteous, professional telephone manner, offering a high level of customer service
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines/SLAs and manage pressure/priorities
  • APA or QFA qualified. If not already, a willingness to become qualified within 12 months of joining Royal London

Controlled Functions - some of our roles are ‘controlled functions’ as defined by the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 Central Bank Reform Act 2010 (Sections 20 & 22) Regulations 2011.
