About the Role

Royal London Ireland is seeking applications for a Senior Marketing Executive to join the Dublin office on a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract.      
 

You will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Lead and other team members in helping to implement the marketing and communications plans for the business.
 

As part of the Proposition team in RL Ireland and working with key stakeholders across the business, the Marketing team promotes the Royal London Ireland brand and value propositions to colleagues, customers, and Financial Brokers, helping to drive awareness and sales through a broad range of multi-channel campaigns. This incorporates ATL brand campaigns, PR, B2B email, video, online and print communications, B2B2C corporate, product and promotional collateral, and events (physical and virtual).

 

Key responsibilities

  • Successfully initiate, develop, and implement product and proposition developments with keen consideration for all collateral and communications requiring minimal guidance.
  • Gather and maintain insight on past campaigns to provide valuable insight to the team's campaign planning and development.
  • Lead the brand development work to ensure full compliance to brand guidelines which identifying opportunities to create engaging campaigns to deliver our key messages.
  • Execute and/or approve team member’s collateral changes to documentation and promotional items, ensuring a consistent application of any change across all media channels and ensuring full compliance with brand guidelines, CBI and relevant regulations and product specifications.
  • Work closely with other members of the team and key contacts in proposition, sales, and the rest of the business to develop and deliver effective campaigns to brokers, customers, and colleagues.
  • Initiate, develop and deliver press releases and articles that raise key consumer issues and support our positioning as a Protection and Pensions expert.
  • Work with the team on event planning, logistics and implementation for all corporate events, in-person and by webcast.

 

Criteria

  • Strong communication and editorial skills and implementation experience across a variety of media, both traditional and digital.
  • Ability to develop, create and implement campaigns under own initiative.
  • Proven experience of integrated multi-channel marketing techniques and tools, including traditional (e.g., direct mail, articles, literature) and digital media (e.g., content marketing, e-zines, e-mail, and website).
  • Experience in brand management and campaigns.
  • Excellent proof-reading skills.
  • Strong time management and project management skills.
