We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our group Transformation and Change team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will take ownership for shaping the bigger picture through to delivering detailed business designs, processes and functionality that support the business needs to the agreed time-scales and quality.

 

With the opportunity to work across the whole of the Royal London business, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success. With your in-depth understanding of the industry and strong analytical skills, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations that will guide strategic decision-making.

About the role

 

  • Analysis of large and/or complex change initiatives.
  • Gather and document requirements from stakeholders to identify and address business challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement appropriate and effective solutions.
  • Create detailed documentation including project plans, business requirements, and user stories.
  • Consider how the organisation structure, teams and roles need to change to enable the future business processes.
  • Conducts advanced modelling activities.
  • Provide guidance to Analysts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to anticipate business needs and identify potential risks and propose innovative solutions.

 

About you

 

  • Experience in one or more of the following disciplines (Marketing, Commercial, Life & Pensions, Data Solutions, Investments).
  • Advanced in analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Experience using a variety of business analysis techniques, tools and standards.
  • Proficient understanding of business structure and key business principles.
  • Proficient interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to manage own workload and support colleagues.
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of your specialism (where appropriate).
