We have an exciting opportunity for someone to take on a new role to in the business and join us a Workplace Engagement Consultant.  In this role you will  develop and deliver market leading engagement campaigns and projects that help achieve new business targets, defined in the MTP, and improve persistency.    You will pitch and present the worksite engagement proposition to key external customers with the expectation of winning new schemes and retaining existing schemes. 

What will you be doing

  • Deliver consistently high quality, innovative and relevant communications that engage, enthuse and inform our customers and other key market stakeholders.
  • Preparing and tailoring the proposition based on the information gathered from the advisor to ensure that we can give an accurate and articulate pitch ensuring we are meeting all the brief needs.
  • Work directly with the external and internal clients to ensure we are meeting the terms on what we pitched and delivering on our promise.
  • Doing communications plans with the client, this will primarily be with clients who are using our pension schemes, we will support with the communications plans and materials.

What we’re looking for

  • Someone who is innovative and can come up with new ideas that can differentiate our clients and our business to ensure we stay unique.
  • Significant experience in marketing planning and development is required.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing communication tools and techniques.
  • Comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders or larger groups. 


Skills that will help you in the role

  • Experience of delivering communications using a variety of media including digital and print.
  • Ability to manage workloads to tight deadlines and against client expectations.
  • Understand and work with brand and style guidelines that are set out by the business.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Life and Pensions industry, our propositions and distribution model would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
