We are currently looking for an Aladdin Product Specialist to join the RLAM Front Office Business Management team on a permanent basis in London.

As Aladdin Product Specialist, you will report into the Head of Investment Business Management and work closely with our Fixed Income and Derivatives teams to support the smooth functioning of RLAM’s investment strategies. The scope of the role involves analysis and problem solving as the teams’ subject matter expert on Aladdin.

This is a pivotal role for the RLAM Investment team post-implementation of Aladdin with high exposure to the Fixed Income and Derivative desks and stakeholders.

About the role

• Oversee Aladdin related enquiries and change requests raised from Front Office stakeholders.
• Partner with fund managers to achieve maximum utility from investment and connected data platform.
• Review and discuss business requirements with stakeholders and define solutions.
• Actively engage in configuring key Aladdin tools based on desk requirements, including bespoke dashboards and reports.
• Contribute, and when necessary, run workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
• Arrange and undertake structured testing to drive improvements.
• Manage business readiness and training during implementation of changes.

About you

• Strong Aladdin experience encompassing Portfolio Construction, Trade Entry, Dashboard, Portfolio Monitor, LDI also important to have experience with ATX, APIs, ADX, Security Master, Compliance Workbench.
• Previous experience in a Front Office environment, including an understanding of Fund Management daily routines and processes on Aladdin.
• Knowledge of the technicalities of Fixed Income and Derivatives markets, including strategies in a fund management context e.g. LDI, ALM, Absolute Return, Buy & Maintain.
• Knowledge and experience of Asset Management processes, products and controls, either directly or in a consultancy capacity.
• Capability of working with large data sets to produce management information and improve processes.
• Understanding of change and project management methodologies.
