About the role


We are looking for a Cost & Charges Analyst to join the Cost & Charges team.  You will play a crucial role in the production and oversight of the Costs and Charges disclosures for both Funds and Segregated Mandates.


Key responsibilities


  • Production and analysis of Costs & Charges disclosures for funds & client mandates
  • In time, acting as a subject matter expert for operational Costs & Charges issues raised both internally and externally and assisting with a wide variety of queries
  • Contribution to any enhancement projects affecting the Costs & Charges workflow
  • Assessment of associated internal and external processes to improve efficiency, control and to reduce risk (managing risk within firms’ appetite)
  • Ensure processes and controls are reviewed and enhanced on a continuous improvement basis to ensure best practice




  • Broad understanding of an investment management business with knowledge of, and experience of interacting with, associated business and operational functions
  • Prior experience of working in a cost and charges role preferable but not essential as training will be provided’
  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to proactively identify and pursue opportunities to increase processing efficiency and reporting accuracy
  • Good interpersonal skills, as the role will provide broad exposure to internal management, Fund Managers, auditors, and vendors
