Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) was established in 1988 and is a wholly owned and central part of the Royal London Group. Our Multi asset team is responsible for the formulation and implementation of RLAM’s tactical asset allocation (TAA) views, for the delivery of consistent outperformance across RLAM’s multi-asset product range, and for supporting new business growth through the development and delivery of the RLAM multi asset proposition.


The individual in the role will be expected to assist across a range of multi asset implementation activities, provide support on fund monitoring, as well as liaising closely with RLAM support teams and internal stakeholders.


Key Accountabilities

  • To assist in the implementation of client benchmarks and multi-asset team views across a range of portfolios, in a timely and accurate manner
  • To support the monitoring of fund positioning and liaise closely with key stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met
  • To help prepare materials required for multi asset team meetings and RL governance and reporting requirements
  • To act as liaison with RLAM middle and back office support teams  on all issues related to the accuracy of multi asset systems data, order implementation, and post trade position monitoring

Essential Criteria

  • Degree qualified. 
  • Previous experience of working within an institutional asset management business. 
  • CFA level I or above preferable
  • Knowledge of internal client fund range preferable
  • Good IT skills


Desirable Criteria

  • Working knowledge of UNIT, BEAMS, Thinkfolio and Bloomberg beneficial
