About the role

 

We are looking for an Order Management System (OMS) Oversight Manager to join the outsourced operations team and oversee one of RLAM’s new tier 1 supplier relationships. The primary focus of the role is to ensure effective monitoring, control and provision of outsourced relationships from RLAM’s Order Management Provider.

You will be the dedicated relationship manager tasked with ensuring service levels are being reported in line with RLAM’s requirements for delivery and quality and lead regular service reviews involving the appropriate internal stakeholders from RLAM.

 

This is a high-profile opportunity to manage a service relationship which will become a key infrastructure plank to RLAM’s growth strategy. Whilst you will sit within operations and report into the Head of Outsource Operations, you will have with regular interaction with the Front Office and executive level stakeholders.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Outsourced relationships controlled to deliver good service in line with agreed SLAs, undertaking amendments and feeding this into an annual review process.
  • Manage and monitor access rights for the system as per Royal London system access guide.
  • Act as the first contact point for service issues internally.
  • Undertake and lead regular reviews on the development of RLAM’s outsourcing partners, scope and proposition.
  • Ensure all changes to systems and services are fully scoped out and authorised in line with Making Business Decisions.
  • Review of risk reporting.
  • Manage multiple stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, regularly reporting up to executive level.

 

Criteria

 

  • Previous experience within an asset management company or similar industry
  • Strong experience with Order Management Systems (OMS).
  • Excellent relationship management experience, preferably gained from an asset management environment.
  • Strong experience interacting with multiple departments and reporting progress to key stakeholder as executive level.
  • Understanding of investment instruments including Equities, Fixed Interest, Money Market, Derivatives, Property and Cash.
