We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic RLAM Change team on a permanent basis in London.

 

As Project Manager, you will deliver change projects which support achievement of the Group strategy, in an effective and efficient manner. You will ensure business outcomes are clearly understood and associated solutions are delivered to enable the business to realise benefits on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.

 

This is an exciting role with high exposure to the Front Office and various stakeholders across the Group. You will be highly instrumental in our strategy of growing our 3rd Party business and continuously improving our service to clients.

 

About the role

 

  • Planning and leading the delivery of the whole change lifecycle for projects.
  • Developing and leading cross functional change teams which may include both task and line/people management, establishes an environment of trust and empowerment.
  • Developing and agreeing budgets for projects and controlling forecast and actual costs against them
  • Identifying and monitoring project risks, planning and implementing responses to them and responding to other issues that affect projects and portfolios.
  • Developing, maintaining and applying quality management processes for project activities and outputs
  • Managing stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests.
  • Establishing and managing reviews at appropriate points, during and after projects, which will inform governance of projects by providing evaluations of progress, methodologies and continuing relevance.

 

About you

 

  • Experience of leading project teams with minimal support and supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Experience and / or knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery practices.
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple, concurrent or competing projects.
  • Highly competent in using planning tools and experienced in implementing and operating financial control frameworks.
  • Has previously delivered Change Projects in a Financial Services organisation.
  • Has worked in Front Office projects or product launches.
  • Asset Management Experience is desirable.
  • Experience in alternative asset classes (e.g. Real Estate) is desirable.
