We currently have an exciting opportunity to bring onboard a Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our growing property team. This opportunity will be on a permanent contract and based in our London office.

You will provide new proposition Investment Analysis and Financial Modelling support to the Portfolio Fund Managers (PFMs) for Portfolio Business Plans and to the Property Team for Asset Business Plans. You will provide further support to the Investment Director with Transaction Structuring. This is a multi-sector role, and you will have the opportunity to work with all teams in Property including living, indirect, healthcare as well as office, industrial, retail and development teams.

About the Role

• Fund/Portfolio Business Planning and Analytics.
• Real Asset Financial Modelling Specialism and Systems.
• Propose initiatives for continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
• New Business Development.
• Maintain in depth knowledge of the investment management and reporting practices and issues.

About You

• Strong Excel skills with experience in financial modelling.
• Previous exposure to real estate business.
• Good understanding and experience of asset management, investment and development processes, including valuations, DCF appraisals and financial models and the market standard software.
• A working knowledge of modelling capital structures and vehicle level investment returns.
• Extensive (and junior- mid-level) investment management contacts.
• Have developed a good working knowledge of legal/economic framework.
• CFA / ACA / MRICS Qualified (or similar professional qualification).
• Knowledge of Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Argus Enterprise.
