Our family friendly policies far exceed our statutory requirements. At Royal London, all our people benefit from maternity provisions providing 26 weeks of leave at full pay and 13 weeks of half pay. We have doubled the statutory provisions for paternity leave from two weeks to four weeks. And we recognise that at times in their lives, people are likely to have caring responsibilities and so incorporate 10 days' paid carers leave and 4 days' paid dependents leave in our leave policies. These are all available from the day you join us. We also offer Statutory rates of Parental Leave and Shared Parental Leave. We do not impose any repayment conditions in the event that a parent chooses not to return to work.
