CEO Office

Our CEO Office consists of the support function for the CEO together with the Strategy and the Sustainability and Stewardship teams. These two teams are in the CEO Office given the influence they have in embedding our Purpose across the Group. 

The teams support the business to define and implement our strategy across our three Purpose outcomes: helping build financial resilience, moving fairly to a sustainable world, and strengthening the mutual choice for customers. 

Our teams  

The Strategy team develops and articulates the Royal London strategy and oversees its execution and delivery to support the achievement of our Purpose. The team collaborates with the business on areas of strategic importance, and feeds into key business processes to ensure alignment to our strategy. 

The Sustainability and Stewardship team focuses on embedding sustainability across Royal London. This includes all climate-related risks and opportunities such as our climate targets and sustainability disclosures. The team’s goal is to enable all business areas to support our Purpose outcome of moving fairly to a sustainable world.
