Our UK Customer business is responsible for our strategy to attract and retain customers and provide high-quality solutions that support good customer outcomes.  

We do this by designing propositions for customers at each life stage, and managing the resources to develop these propositions and take them to market.  

We help customers save and invest for the future and protect themselves and their families against potential life shocks. 

Our teams 

The Insight team analyses data and research to help us understand our customers, their needs, and behaviours. The team monitors and reports on market activity and our competitors. It creates and accesses the latest research to provide reports and insight on customers, employers and advisers, which informs our Royal London strategy. 

The Solutions Design and Experience team is responsible for designing and developing our propositions to achieve our Purpose and strategy. The teams creates solutions based on insight and customer testing, making sure they are efficient, scalable and improve customer experience.
