We are seeking a BPA Senior Implementation Analyst to join our team at Alderley Park. About the Role:
- Lead or support the implementation of BPA transactions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful execution.
- Provide technical expertise and support to stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, making necessary adjustments.
- Document processes and provide training to end-users.
About You:
- Good understanding of defined benefit pensions.
- Experience with reviewing contracts and extracting information.
- Appreciation of operational challenges that arise from data migration.
- Experience of working with spreadsheet models.
- Able to chair meetings with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience of developing and reviewing project plans.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
