We are seeking a BPA Senior Implementation Analyst to join our team at Alderley Park. You will be working on impactful projects that add significant value to our business unit.

 

About the Role:

 

  • Lead or support the implementation of BPA transactions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful execution.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, making necessary adjustments.
  • Document processes and provide training to end-users.

 

 

About You:

  • Good understanding of defined benefit pensions.
  • Experience with reviewing contracts and extracting information.
  • Appreciation of operational challenges that arise from data migration.
  • Experience of working with spreadsheet models.
  • Able to chair meetings with a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience of developing and reviewing project plans.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
