We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Administrator to provide essential administrative support across the People function.

 

 

About the role

You will play a vital role in supporting the Group People Function, reporting directly to the People Business Manager. Your responsibilities include coordinating and planning People activities, meetings, and events throughout the year, as well as providing essential administrative support to the People Leadership team. You will assist with daily activities such as budget management, raising requisitions, and supporting the Senior leadership team, especially during end-of-year processes. In this role, you will develop a strong understanding of Royal London’s people processes and practices, ensuring the smooth and effective running of the team.

 

About you

 

  • Broad range of knowledge and experience gained through working within an administration role understanding confidentiality and privacy.
  • Strong communication skills including verbal, written, numerical and within a presentation format.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, particularly in Excel and Outlook.
  • Good organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in Oracle or other budget management systems would be advantageous.
