Royal London Ireland is seeking applications for a highly organised and efficient PA to provide comprehensive administrative support to GEC member. This role is being offered on 12-month contract and will be based in our Dublin office.
You are approachable, friendly and thrive on being proactive. You have excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail. Handling multiple tasks simultaneously is second nature.
You will also be responsible for managing the executive's calendar, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements. You have a high level of trust as you will be maintaining confidential files and records. You will also be required to prepare reports, draft correspondence, and handle any other administrative tasks as assigned. Additionally, you will need to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
We offer hybrid working in Royal London Ireland. As PA to the CEO there will be an ask for flexibility in relation to in-office days to mirror those of the CEO.
About the role
- Organise and manage meetings (internal and external).
- Make travel arrangements for Ireland CEO and team as required.
- Efficient and proactive management of CEO’s diary - making best use of their time taking into account meeting preparation and paper review slots.
- Ensure all relevant information and documentation is available and distributed in advance of meetings.
- Act as key point of contact for CEO, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Take ownership of communications in the absence of the CEO using own knowledge or referring matters to members of the management team.
- Support the wider Leadership Team with booking meetings/diary managements as required.
- Minute-taking at meetings.
About you
- IT literate with strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and use of content management tools.
- Previous PA experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
