About the Role: 

Royal London Ireland is seeking applications for an Underwriting Administrator to join our team in Dublin for a 9 month Fixed Term contract.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will play a key role in providing excellent, efficient and professional service to our brokers. The team is responsible for ensuring all medical underwriting requirements are issued in an accurate and timely manner.

Key responsibilities

The Underwriting Administrator role is to provide administrative support to our underwriting team by issuing all underwriting requirements to GPs, clients and third-party providers. The Underwriting Administrator ensures all email and outgoing correspondence is issued in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Experience in an administration role
  • Capable of resolving general broker or GP queries in relation to our underwriting requirements
  • Completion of Computer-based training (CBT’s) in line with group policies
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Courteous, professional telephone manner, offering a high level of customer service both to internal and external customers
