We have an exciting opportunity to join the Distribution team. The team aims to enable Distribution success by improving the capability of new starters and existing Distribution teams. This involves designing and supporting the implementation of change programs, new propositions, processes, and tailored inductions to ensure colleagues are equipped to perform and adapt.

 

The focus is on readiness for change and embedding and sustaining it to help Distribution teams succeed in a dynamic environment 

 

The Distribution Readiness Lead role is crucial for enhancing the capability in Distribution and involves shaping, influencing, and implementing successful quality delivery into all BAU and new Programme/Project related changes to deliver against the Distribution objectives.

 

About the Role:

  • Effective business readiness planning and tools for new starters ensuring colleagues are inducted effectively and prepared for facing out to the external market.
  • Responsibility for the delivery of new products/propositions/processes introduced by the wider business and the ongoing readiness of colleagues in relation to these.
  • Work closely with the Proposition Teams to ensure Distribution Take to Market objectives are identified early in the change process.
  • Support lessons learnt activity post-delivery to evolve the Readiness processes to meet the changing needs of our business, customers, and advisers.

 

About You:

  • Good understanding of how intermediated sales operate.
  • Understanding of the Royal London sales and propositional development process.
  • Good propositional knowledge and understanding.
  • Experience of influencing and impacting at senior management level.
  • Proven ability to build, maintain, and influence relationships internally and with third parties.
  • Proven Project Management experience.
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage conflicting requests and priorities.
  • Creative thinker and problem-solver.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
