We are about to embark on a key strategic initiative that will significantly improve the customer and colleague experience and are looking for an experienced Programme Manager who will be able to lead us through this change which will involve close collaboration with Technology and the Business areas impacted, and third parties.

 

About the role

 

  • Develop and execute program plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Manage a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Track program performance and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Oversee program budget and resource allocation to ensure efficient utilisation of resources.
  • Identify and manage program risks, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program delivery, fostering effective communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Delivery through 3rd parties. 

 

About you

 

  • Experience overseeing large scale Data Migration Programmes and a thorough understanding of the project/programme management techniques and methods applied.
  • Re-platforming experience in the Protection Administration Systems space would be highly advantageous.
  • Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting.
  • Highly effective in dealing with major suppliers and Exec Level stakeholders.
  • Expert in all areas of risk management and in planning and scheduling.
  • Proficient leadership, organisational, delegation and team building skills for the effective management across large business change programmes.
  • Expert networking, presentation and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and communicate a vision/strategy effectively.
