We are looking for a motivated and engaged Proposition Manager to join us in the Workplace pensions proposition team. This team forms part of our UK Customer division, responsible for ensuring our Workplace pension proposition meets the current and future needs of our customers. You will be responsible for helping customers achieve positive experiences and outcomes and build financial resilience, identifying areas where additional or different actions are needed. Additionally, you will be helping employers provide a highly valued resilience package for their employees, and supporting financial advisers’ corporate offering, to improve employee financial resilience and grow their advice business. 

 

 About the role

 

  • Gather information on market trends and customer behaviours to bring industry-leading insight to the team.
  • Generate and recommend innovative ideas to influence priorities for change.
  • Solve problems and find ways to achieve the targeted outcomes of change, analysing options and recommending, then implementing the best approach.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to detail the design requirements and implement solutions and experiences.
  • Test solutions and experiences with customers, employers, and advisers – gathering continuous feedback to support the design of solutions and experiences.
  • Ensure that end-to-end customer and user journeys are considered and kept up to date.

 

About you

 

  • Proven experience within the financial services sector, preferably expertise in pensions or other long-term savings products.
  • Proficiency in collating, analysing, and distilling data into actionable insights to solve business problems.
  • Ability to identify, articulate, and communicate key conclusions from work streams in a compelling manner, offering relevant strategic recommendations.
  • Strong customer and client-centric mindset, ensuring that all actions and decisions prioritize positive customer experiences and outcomes.
  • Awareness of upcoming regulatory changes impacting the financial services industry, particularly those affecting customer outcomes.
