Royal London currently has an opportunity for a Technical Lead Configuration Analyst to join the Group Technology and Change function.

 

Reporting to the Technical Lead, the Technical Lead Configuration Analyst will be a technical expert and ensure that the optimum solution of complex changes to existing platforms meet business needs and customer requirements.

 

About the role

 

  • Lead by example and be a role model and mentor for other team members.
  • Provide input to the setting of objectives for others.
  • Deliver technical expertise on the configurable capabilities of a Royal London Group platform.
  • Responsible for the safe implementation of solutions to the production environment.
  • Ensure thorough testing of all changes and that any issues are identified as early as possible.
  • Configure complex, robust and scalable solutions.
  • Ensure all configuration changes are in line with agreed standards, guidelines, and quality gates.

 

About you

 

  • Extensive experience of working with database structures and application configuration is essential.
  • Experience of working with automated testing techniques and frameworks.
  • Ability to analyse the most complex metadata structures.
  • Background in leading other team members.
  • In depth understanding of the full software development cycle.
  • Experience of SmartCOMM customer communication platform is essential or experience using a similar customer communication platform (CCM).
  • Experience of LaserFiche document storage solutions preferred.
