We have a great opportunity for an established Brand Manager to join us on a 12-month FTC and support the Senior Manager in providing Brand leadership across the Group.

 

As Brand Manager, you will support our Group brand strategy ensuring equity is built in brand for the benefit of the Group.  You will manage campaigns, work closely with our agency partnersensure tight budget management and tracking of campaign performance to drive the brand narrative to all internal and external audiences. Contribute towards building, managing and protecting the company reputation via our guidelines and brand governance.

About the role

 

  • Support the Senior Manager on the design and delivery of the Brand strategy, maximising brand equity and supporting the delivery of our Group Purpose and strategy.
  • Lead on brand campaigns.
  • Set KPIs for campaign delivery and optimise the performance of brand campaigns.
  • Manage brand and media budgets effectively, optimising spend.
  • Help build brand health amongst all external customer segment groups and advisors.
  • Co-ordinate with legal and compliance on the review and approval of our brand campaigns
  • Management and development of our brand guidelines and general administration of brand assets
  • Manage brand governance to ensure adherence to brand guidelines, including approval and management of brand assets across the organisation and the management of the internal brand portal

 

About you

 

  • Good understanding of marketing principles (CIM or IDM qualified preferable)
  • Experience managing campaigns, meeting deadlines and budget management
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, in particular website content management, display advertising and social media
  • 2-3 years’ marketing experience, within financial or professional services (desirable)
  • Good copywriting skills and understanding of how to apply brand and tone of voice guidelines
  • Agency or client-side experience
  • Passionate about brands and branding
  • Can-do attitude, solution oriented person
  • Creative thinker
