We are currently looking for a Client Group Analyst to join the Client Services team on a permanent basis in London.
The Client Group Analyst will support the strategic growth of the business through providing a best-in-class service and delivery model for Client Group. The primary purpose of the role is to support daily and monthly tasks run within the Platforms team which sits within Client Services.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a keen interest in delivering an exceptional client service within asset management.
About the role
- Analyse, create, and manage data used within Client Group, ensuring errors because of incorrect data are kept to a minimal.
- Ensure client and platform queries are fully met and resolved within a timely manner.
- Team query in-box monitored and cleared daily.
- Support activities related to third party providers including Platforms and third-party distributors.
About you
- A university degree or equivalent in Finance or Data Analytics or some previous experience within Asset Management Distribution or Operations.
- Experience in Microsoft suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data manipulation in PowerBI is advantageous.
- Customer focused.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confident and effective communicator.
- Ability to analyse data, identifying gaps and trends.
- Effective time management, the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
