We have an exciting opportunity to recruit two enthusiastic FP&A Analysts into our dynamic Finance team at Royal London Asset Management. This opportunity is ideally suited to individuals who are passionate about building a long-term career in Finance and as a chartered accountant.

In this role, you'll gain a solid foundation in FP&A and financial close processes. We are committed to supporting your professional growth, including helping you complete your accountancy qualification.

You'll be part of a friendly and diverse team, bringing together a wealth of knowledge and experience in finance.

About the role

• Support the production of high-quality management information that ensures financial performance is understood by business management.
• Provide well-considered analysis that contributes to the understanding of the financials and profitability of the business.
• Contribute to the production and analysis of the monthly P&L, understanding key drivers to variances and considering their future impacts.
• Contribute to the regular forecasting and annual Business Plan processes, understanding key drivers to variances.
• Evolve MI to meet business requirements and maintain relevance, leveraging technology and automation as far as possible to make processes efficient.

About you

• Recent graduate or equivalent qualification, preferably in a course focused on Finance or Numeracy.
• Desire to complete an accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA)
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Team player.
• Tenacious and ‘can do’ attitude.
• Thorough approach and attention to detail.
