We currently have an exciting opportunity to bring onboard a PMO Analyst to join Royal London Asset Management on a permanent contract in London.

The purpose of the role is to provide governance, assurance and operational support which ensures the successful delivery of Change initiatives across Royal London. You will work with key stakeholders across Royal London using specialist skills, focusing on adherence to RLG methodologies and processes by tracking, maintaining, reporting, and escalating people, financial and change delivery information.

 

This is an exciting time to join Royal London as we expand our portfolios and revenue streams. As part of the PMO team, you will support with the successful delivery of RLAM change initiatives and collaborate closely with the Group PMO to maintain best practice.

 

About the role

 

  • Support key change delivery stakeholders in managing the delivery of the overall RLAM Change agenda in line with RLAM Change Methodology.
  • The ability to support the management of reviews at important points during and after change initiatives to inform governance of change by providing evaluations of progress, methodologies, and continuing relevance.
  • Implement and oversee regular reporting mechanisms across GTC operations – ensuring the right level of quality and that the content is appropriate, relevant and value-add.
  • The ability to provide specialist support to develop and maintain key governance artefacts.
  • Facilitate and/or support relevant governance meetings, health checks and quality assurance.
  • The ability to analyse and/or support the consolidation and management of plans and other relevant supporting information.
  • Support the creation of a Centre of Excellence in reporting, governance and template standards across the RLAM Change projects.
  • Provide training and guidance to members of the RLAM Change team in the standards and processes.

 

About you

 

  • Experience of invoice and cost control.
  • Understanding of risk management frameworks.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to listen effectively, communicate, challenge, and influence.
  • Flexible, positive with a willingness to learn.
  • Some exposure to senior project boards would be beneficial.
  • Some exposure to Portfolio, Programme and Project management offices (e.g., P3O, MOP) would be advantageous.
  • Some understanding of change methodologies e.g. MSP, Prince 2, Agile would be advantageous.
