Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

We are looking to hire a Product Associate to join Royal London Asset Management Proposition Team. You will contribute to the full product lifecycle process, with a focus on product design initiatives, and the management and integration of customer research/insights across all phases of the product lifecycle.

About the role

• Taking a leading role in integrating the client voice across the product lifecycle
• Contributing towards building a deeper understanding of our customer needs, and helping to ensure these are captured within future proposition developments and changes to existing products
• Contributing to consumer support & understanding of RLAM’s proposition, linked to Consumer Duty’s four outcomes
• Supporting different workstreams and initiatives across all phases of the product lifecycle management processes, as required
• Supporting the Product Design function

About you

• Experience producing or managing customer research processes in a finance context desirable.
• Understanding of key asset/fund types: equity, fixed income, property, cash, multi-asset.
• Confident communications skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• University degree, IMC/IAQ or similar investment qualification preferred
• Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Good analytical skills and confidence with numerical data.
• Ensure all clients are treated in clear and consistent manner with adherence to TCF principles.
