We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity for three dynamic and dedicated Managers to join our Marketing Operations team within Group Brand & Marketing. This is your chance to be at the forefront of driving innovative marketing changes and helping us deliver key objectives that will shape the future of how we communicate with our customers 

1 x Role available to support Processes & Risk Management (FTE) - Processes & Risk Management – ensuring that processes are documented, gap analysis, prioritisation and alignment to our risk management framework.  Change management is key in here from an Ops Manager to ensure that change control on processes, and aligning it with our risk framework etc.  However, Process experience is key

1 x Role available to support Supplier Agency Management & Resourcing (FTE) Suppliers – this role is specific to resource management and oversight of the Marketing Agency Framework.  Again, key to this role is an understanding of how to manage and deal with change and the impact on our 3rd party agenciesS

1 x Role available to support our Digital Communications change project (FTC) MarTech - this role will lead key initiatives to reduce paper communications/costs and set us up for Digital First communications!

 

About the role

What will you be doing?

 

  • Bring marketing change expertise to support the Brand & Marketing function engaging colleagues positively in change.
  • Manage change priorities ensuring working groups are all engaged in decision making.
  • Identify and engage with key internal specialists to manage relationships through to successful delivery.
  • Work with key stakeholders to identify and manage process changes required to support the planned activities.
  • Identify and manage delivery risks and issues and mitigating actions to minimise these.
  • Act as the business subject matter expert at relevant meetings.
  • Responsible for relevant progress reporting for your change plans and activity to give senior management and the team visibility of forward plans that may impact or need to call on their workstream areas for support and input.
  • Look for innovative, collaborative, and engaging ways of producing this clarity for others.

Manage appropriate internal communication and engagement with relevant stakeholders and teams.

  • Comprehensive understanding of Marketing Agency models
  • Technical know-how on digital and printed communications
  • Influencing skills.
