Job Summary: We are looking for a Specialist Protection Telephony Account Manager to join our team with experience in Business Protection and Estate Planning. This role is an exciting opportunity to work within our telephony department, contributing to our mission of building financial resilience, moving fairly to a sustainable world, and strengthening the mutual choice for customers. You will be working on various projects that aim to enhance our telephony services and improve customer engagement in these key areas. This position sits within the telephony business unit and plays a crucial role in helping us achieve our goals.

 

About the Role:

  • Manage and develop telephony accounts for specialist protection products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Protection and Holistic to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in telephony account management.

 

About You:

  • Proven experience in telephony account management, preferably in a specialist protection role.
  • Strong understanding of telephony services and customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with telephony software and tools.
