We are seeking expertly skilled and experienced Lead Java Developers to play a lead role in building amazing digital solutions for our customers and business users.  The team will be focussed on delivering a new state-of-the-art investments platform, an undertaking that is expected to take several years.

About you 

  • Expert in enterprise Java development with Spring.
  • Expert in REST API microservice development and event streaming with Kafka.
  • Expert in persistence and caching layers, NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
  • Expert in cloud hosting and containerisation platforms such as Kubernetes.
  • Expert in TDD and left-most automated testing.
  • Experienced in low latency, highly performant, optimised runtimes.
  • Experienced in agile development practices and the full software development lifecycle.
  • Thrives under little to no supervision.
  • An experienced development lead and mentor.
  • Continuously developing new skills, driving best practice and emerging technology adoption.
