Our teams
The UK Chief Information Officer (CIO) team is responsible for applications, architecture, engineering, and building the future. Key projects support our progression towards cloud, modernising our application footprint incrementally, building more digital solutions and seeking opportunities to drive automation at greater scale.
The Technology Services team is responsible for business-as-usual IT operations. The team supports all business-critical IT infrastructure as well as colleagues with day-to-day IT needs.
The Value delivery team supports our ambition of becoming a digital-first organisation by creating a modern digital experience for our individual pensions new business. The team is virtual, consisting of colleagues from most areas of Royal London, including technology, operations, change, proposition, finance, distribution and marketing.
The Operational Resilience team manages tasks to support Royal London's resilience and security. They proactively monitor cyber threats, ensure compliance with resilience regulations and manage the access capabilities of our colleagues and third-party companies.
