Learning at Royal London is evolving. Following a full review of our learning model, we’re launching the Royal London Learning Academy and building a new in-house L&D team. Our plans will ensure that we are organised and equipped to support our strategic goals and deliver fully on the empowered development commitment we have made to our colleagues.
We’re embracing new tech and modern methods to make learning more accessible, personalised, and future-ready. This is an exciting next step in the evolution of learning at Royal London, ensuring colleagues can advance their careers with us and we have the skills we need to deliver our Purpose and strategy.
We’re now hiring passionate L&D professionals and advisors to help shape this journey. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented L&D Administrator to support our learning operations. You’ll manage training logistics, maintain our LMS, resolve queries, and ensure learning is smooth, accessible, and aligned to business needs.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and want to grow your career while helping others grow theirs—we’d love to hear from you.

- Support the L&D team with general administrative tasks, including purchase order tracking and invoice processing.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers to promote learning opportunities and manage programme logistics.
- Capture and manage learning data to support reporting and insights that inform talent and capability development.
About you

- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), ideally SAP SuccessFactors, is advantageous.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, particularly in Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working with data to support reporting and insights; numerate and commercially aware.
