Join our great team as a Bid Co-ordinator, supporting within Royal London’s UK Distribution business, in delivering winning proposals for high-value projects. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our growth, working on diverse bids and collaborating with talented colleagues. You’ll help shape our approach and add real value to our business.
About the role
- Coordinate the end-to-end bid process, ensuring deadlines are met
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather required information
- Prepare and format bid documents to meet client specifications
- Track bid progress and maintain accurate records
- Support post-bid reviews and feedback sessions
About You
- Experience in bid coordination or a similar administrative role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
