Responsibilities

  • Shape Strategy: Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable architecture and investment decisions.
  • Drive Change: Design future-ready business models and capabilities that optimise cost, grow revenue, and reduce risk.
  • Champion Innovation: Use design thinking and systems thinking to guide transformation and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Bridge Business & Tech: Align business strategy with technology delivery, enabling agility, resilience, and speed to value.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in business architecture, strategy formulation, and operating model design.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills—able to influence at all levels.
  • Expertise in business capability modelling, value streams, and customer journey mapping.
  • Familiarity with EA tools and frameworks (e.g. ArchiMate, LeanIX, Orbus).
  • A growth mindset, commercial awareness, and a passion for inclusive collaboration.
  • Strong skills in presentation and stakeholder packs.
