We have a fantastic opportunity for a Product Manager to join our AI Centre of Excellent team within our Group Data & AI Office. About the role:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise AI opportunities aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Translate high-level opportunities into clear hypotheses, experiment plans, and testable MVPs or Proofs of Value.

  • Apply lean product principles to iterate quickly, test assumptions, and validate impact.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and business throughout the product development process.

  • Strong experience working in lean, agile teams to define and test hypotheses rapidly.
  • Ability to distil complex business challenges into clear problems and testable outcomes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and subject matter experts.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence, engage and keep senior stakeholders informed.
  • Skilled at writing and maintaining clear artefacts – roadmaps, OKRs, dashboards, and product documentation.
