This is an exciting time to join Royal London’s Workplace Future Proposition team. We’re evolving how we design, deliver and bring to life our member propositions and drive better member outcomes – and this role sits right at the heart of that change.
As a Proposition Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping the customer experience through platform journey execution, product development and our mobile app, helping us create distinctive, differentiated experiences that help us stand out from our competitors.
This is a role for someone who thrives in discovery, storytelling and strategy, and who enjoys turning insight into real, tangible product and customer outcomes.
What you'll be doing
You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Agile squads and senior stakeholders to:

Lead and contribute to customer centred discovery, using insight, research and market understanding to identify opportunities that genuinely improve customer experience

Shape and articulate proposition vision and strategy, translating ideas into compelling stories that align customer value with commercial outcomes

Create differentiated propositions, responding to evolving competitor offerings and market trends

Support the end-to-end delivery journey – from concept and strategy through to design, delivery and implementation

Influence and engage stakeholders across the business, bringing clarity, confidence and momentum to decision-making

Collaborate within agile product teams, supporting prioritisation of customer outcomes and business value

Help embed and evolve propositions across the organisation, ensuring solutions land well and deliver the intended benefits
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who brings a creative, product led mindset to proposition design.
You’re likely to have:

Experience working in product or propositions teams, digital-first environments or consultancy, ideally with exposure to customer facing digital products in pension industry

Strong experience of discovery practices, customer insight and problem definition

The ability to create clear narratives and storytelling that bring ideas, strategies and solutions to life

Experience shaping and implementing proposition or product strategies

Excellent stakeholder influencing skills, with confidence working across multiple functions and senior levels

A commercially minded approach, balancing customer needs with business outcomes

An understanding of regulated environments (or the ability to learn quickly)
