We’re looking for a Relationship Support Consultant Manager to lead a high-performing team supporting Royal London’s Distribution colleagues and financial adviser partners. You’ll help broaden and deepen our reach across the UK adviser channel by ensuring advisers receive a consistently excellent service, timely technical and sales support, and insight that helps identify new business opportunities. You’ll coach and develop your team, manage demand and workflows, and build strong partnerships across Distribution, Pricing and Marketing

About you
- Proven experience leading and engaging customer-facing teams, ideally supporting intermediaries/financial advisers.
- Strong understanding of the adviser market and how advice firms operate, including the technology and tools used day to day.
- Working knowledge of pensions and/or protection propositions, with the ability to build credibility quickly with advisers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills, with confidence working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrable capability in continuous improvement, using MI to identify issues and drive better outcomes.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the resilience to manage competing priorities in a changing environment.
