We are pleased to be recruiting a Senior Investment Solutions Take to Market Manager to join our Investment Solutions team within the Adviser & Customer function. This team plays a critical role in shaping the take to market strategy, messaging and promotion of our market leading governed investment solutions that deliver strong outcomes for customers.
This is a senior role at Royal London, focused on how investment propositions are taken to market, for both the Workplace and Advisor channels. Owning how our Investment propositions are embedded across our marketing, PR, digital, distribution and transactional journeys. You’ll be responsible for defining and delivering clear, effective go-to-market strategies that ensure new and existing solutions are well positioned, well understood and successfully embedded across customer journeys and distribution channels.
In addition, you’ll have responsibility for tracking customer behaviour in our investment solutions to ensure good outcomes, aligned to consumer duty responsibilities. Where necessary identifying treatment strategies to improve outcomes for customers.
Using your strong investment and market experience, you’ll work collaboratively across multiple functions. In particular working closely with Investment Proposition Leads, channel Tale to Market leads, Marketing, Operations Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) and Distribution to translate complex investment solutions into compelling, market ready propositions that drive customer outcomes and commercial success.
About the role

Define and lead the end-to-end take-to-market strategy for Royal London’s investment solutions, ensuring propositions are effectively embedded across all relevant channels in a controlled, risk‑aware and customer‑centric way

Shape proposition messaging and market positioning by working closely with Investment Proposition Leads and senior stakeholders.

Coordinate cross functional delivery with Marketing, Operations and Distribution to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across customer journeys, communications and sales materials.

Own and maintain clear take-to-market plans and roadmaps, bringing together launch and change activity in a structured, repeatable way.

Ensure propositions deliver intended customer outcomes and meet regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty, through appropriate governance and outcome monitoring. Developing appropriate treatment strategies to support customers making informed decisions.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to continuously refine go-to-market approaches and strengthen Royal London’s market position.
About you

Strong experience within a UK life company, with exposure to investment, pensions or insurance‑based propositions.

Proven experience leading take-to-market activity, including product launches and cross functional delivery.

Solid technical understanding of investment products and how they are positioned and distributed across different channels.

Good working knowledge of UK regulatory and product governance requirements, including Consumer Duty.

Commercially astute, with the ability to use market insight and data to drive proposition adoption and improvement.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.

Highly organised and delivery focused, comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Understanding of ESG and sustainability considerations within investment propositions is desirable.
