We’re scaling our business at Royal London Asset Management and looking for an Enterprise Operating Model Lead, to own and evolve RLAM’s Target Operating Model, ensuring it enables strategic growth without creating complexity, fragmentation, or unnecessary cost. Acting as the architect, steward, and challenger of the enterprise operating model, you’ll ensure it remains simple, scalable, and aligned to clear design principles as the business evolves.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders and Executive Committee stakeholders, governing change through the Operating Model Committee. You’ll bring rigour to decision making, assessing impact, challenging assumptions, and balancing commercial flexibility with long-term sustainability.

This role is ideal for someone with deep operating model expertise, likely from a consulting or enterprise strategy background, who can design, govern, and embed operating models. Asset management experience is essential: credibility in this role comes from understanding the realities of the sector and confidently shaping operating models that work in practice.

This is a rare opportunity to define the future operating model of a purpose driven asset manager at a pivotal point in its growth journey.
