This role will be responsible for delivering Finance Systems change initiatives and supporting the effective operation of core Finance applications. There will be a focus on hands‑on delivery, business analysis, change management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure changes are implemented in a controlled, practical, and user‑focused way.
Working closely with Finance stakeholders, systems developers, and data teams to improve Finance processes, data quality, and system capability, and support continuous improvement across Finance systems and data.
The Finance Systems & Change team empowers the Finance function by owning, developing, governing, and continuously improving core finance systems, data flows, and change delivery. The team ensures Finance platforms are scalable, well‑controlled, and aligned to strategic and operational needs across FP&A, Commercial Finance, Financial Control, and Reporting
About the role
- Experience delivering Finance Systems and Finance Change initiatives
- Good understanding of Finance processes, systems, and data
- Exposure to data platforms and reporting tools or similar (e.g. Snowflake, Power BI, Anaplan, Oracle, Workday)
- Hands-on experience leading business analysis and structured change delivery
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Analytical and problem‑solving capability
- Interest or experience in automation or AI‑enabled solutions
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
- Strong team player who collaborates effectively, supports colleagues, and contributes positively to team dynamics.
