We currently have an exciting opportunity to bring onboard a Property Investment Committee Administrator to join the Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) business on a permanent contract in London.
The key purpose of this role is to provide Property Investment Committee (PIC) administration support and to ensure correct governance and due processes. You will collaborate with senior internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and will undertake additional administrative and operational responsibilities as-and-when required.
About the role
Key focus of the role will be:
- Managing submission of PIC papers across the Property function
- Tracking and reporting on PIC activity
- Minuting PIC meetings
- Ownership of PIC related controls and governance requirements.
Additional responsibilities will include supporting the wider Property function through:
- Ad hoc secretarial, administration and operational support including, but not limited to:
- Purchase Order (PO) creation/uplifts and track POs/invoices
- Counterparty due diligence support
- Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and governance across the Property team.
