Job Description

Job Title: Senior Marketing Automation Consultant  
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract – 12 months 
Location: Alderley Park or London 
Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based  
Closing date: 17th March 2026
 
We’re hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Brand & Marketing team as we embark on a major transformation of our marketing technology stack. With significant investment into new CRM, digital and AI capabilities, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape how we operate as we modernise our tools, data, and customer journeys. 

This role will join the Marketing Automation team that partners closely with key areas across Marketing, Data Ops, Insight, Development, Architecture, Campaign Management, Solution Design, and IT. You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering impactful campaign activity while contributing to the evolution of our new marketing technologies.

About the Role
•    Build and maintain marketing automations and multichannel customer journeys
•    Support delivery of day-to-day campaign activity across the wider marketing team
•    Work closely with colleagues across Marketing Automation, Data Ops, Insight, Development, Architecture, Campaign Management, Solution Design, and IT  
•    Handle ad hoc requests to enable effective campaign execution
•    Use data confidently to plan, segment and optimise personalised, multichannel campaigns
•    Contribute to shaping and improving the marketing technology stack as new tools are implemented
 
 About you 
•    Good working knowledge of Marketing cloud or ESP platforms (Ideally having experience with Microsoft 365, but not essential.)  
•    Prior hands-on experience in data planning and campaign management
•    Good experience with data segmentation and dynamic/personalised campaigns
•    Multi-channel experience – email, SMS, Push, In-App, events  
•    Experience with building journeys and automated triggers
•    Used to working to robust processes in terms of quality checking – QC, sign off and testing
•    Ideally have HTML experience
•    An interest in learning new tech as we roll out more MS365 functionality
