- Support data integration and preparation approaches to enable AI and analytics use cases.
- Share knowledge and contribute to team capability through reusable patterns, documentation and collaboration.
About you

- Able to build effective relationships with stakeholders across a matrix organisation.
- Comfortable working in evolving or ambiguous environments and helping bring structure and clarity.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical or regulatory topics clearly to non‑specialists.
- Detail‑focused, with a structured and organised approach to documentation.
- Proactive, self‑motivated and keen to learn, with a strong interest in AI and emerging governance practices.
- Solutions‑focused and change‑oriented, with confidence supporting teams through new ways of working.
