We’re looking for a Partnerships Administrator to join our UK Customer & Commercial – Equity Release Advice business unit, supporting the delivery of strategic partnerships that play a vital role in how we work with the market.
This role has been created to provide high‑quality administrative and coordination support to our Partnerships team, helping ensure partnership activity, meetings and plans run smoothly and to priority.
It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, collaboration and detail, and wants to add real value behind the scenes in a partnership‑focused environment.
About the role
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support for Equity Release Advice partnerships
- Help track strategic partnership plans, ensuring activity aligns to priorities and actions are followed up
- Coordinate partnership meetings, events and initiatives, including agendas, papers and actions
- Act as a central point of coordination between internal teams, senior stakeholders and external partners
- Support the preparation and maintenance of papers, submissions and governance activity
- Build a strong working knowledge of Royal London processes, helping partnerships run smoothly and efficiently
About you
- Strong organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders
- High attention to detail and a professional approach to handling confidential information
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also managing tasks independently
- Experience in an administrative or coordination role within a corporate or customer‑focused environment (or transferable experience)
