Job Title: Regional Relationship Manager

Travel: The role requires regular travel for face-to-face meetings in Manchester, London and Plymouth with Advisers and other stakeholders.

We have an opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Relationship Manager to join our team on a permanent basis.
This role is pivotal in leading a diverse group of Advisers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality advice, achievement of business targets, and adherence to regulatory standards. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key stakeholders, driving business growth and ensuring regulatory requirements are met with exceptional customer service.
About the Role
- Responsible for the day-to-day relationship management and regulatory supervision of external suppliers to deliver advice for later life lending.
- Lead and manage a team of in-house Advisers and self-employed Advisers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and evaluate regional team performance, implementing improvements and addressing any issues that arise.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring that all team members are aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure that later-life lending advice is delivered in line with our policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the team, facilitating their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Work closely with the T&C Manager to ensure all aspects of the T&C Scheme are delivered effectively.
About You
- Must hold relevant qualifications in financial advice such as CeMap & CeRER (or equivalent).
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry standards, products and market trends.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to network, build and maintain positive relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Desirable - Proven experience in a Relationship Management role, within financial services, managing both employed and self-employed Advisers
