Senior Investment Proposition Analyst

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Investment Proposition Analyst to join our Investment Solutions team at Royal London.

This is a great opportunity to play a key role in shaping and evolving our investment proposition within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Our Investment Solutions team is responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing our investment offering, ensuring we deliver strong outcomes for customers and advisers through well-designed, well-governed and clearly communicated solutions.

In this role, you’ll take a leading position in proposition development, helping to evolve and enhance our core investment solutions, while driving continuous improvement across our investment architecture and customer-facing materials.

 

About the Role

You’ll support the development, delivery and evolution of our investment proposition, working across the full lifecycle from insight and design through to governance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the development and evolution of investment propositions across the full lifecycle, including ongoing review activity
  • Provide end-to-end support for the Propositional Development Process (PDP), covering scoping, documentation, impact assessment and delivery coordination
  • Apply technical expertise to shape proposition design, structures and investment solution architecture
  • Gather and translate market, customer and MI insight into proposition enhancements and prioritisation decisions
  • Define and coordinate investment solution requirements, including modelling, tools, communications and go-to-market activity
  • Support proposition portfolio delivery, including project planning, tracking, RAID management and stakeholder coordination
  • Draft high-quality governance papers and recommendations, supporting key committees and decision forums
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across Investment, Risk and Distribution, incorporating market and adviser feedback to drive continuous improvement

 

About you

You’ll be organised, analytical and confident working across investment and proposition topics, with the ability to influence stakeholders and take ownership of key deliverables.

Experience and knowledge:

  • Experience in investment proposition development, product strategy or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of investment markets, asset classes and multi-asset solutions
  • Ability to shape and influence proposition design, governance and lifecycle activity
  • Experience operating within regulated environments, ideally pensions or long-term savings
  • Strong analytical capability, using data and insight to support decision-making
  • Confidence to challenge, influence and work with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, simplifying complex investment concepts
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across proposition and project activity
