Customer Operations

The Customer Operations team looks after the needs of millions of customers, aiming to consistently deliver great outcomes for them. The team is responsible for supporting customers through their entire journey with Royal London, from new customers to policy alterations to making a claim. They also handle the investigation and resolution of all complaints.

The team is made up of several sub-teams, including Pensions and Customer Relations, Protection, Consumer and Long-Standing Customer, and Operational Excellence.
