Our Finance team

Our Finance team supports Royal London in various critical areas - from tax guidance and managing the company’s cash flow, to overseeing the investment of our customers’ assets and reviewing bonus rates.

Victoria

Equity Release Senior Finance Manager

Victoria studied History and Politics at Durham University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant and following roles in audit she joined Royal London. Victoria has built her experience across the team, from financial reporting and supporting the CFO to leading the Equity Release Finance team. She enjoys seeing the end-to-end financial process and values the variety that comes with transformation and integration work. Victoria was proud to help deliver our AGM, coordinating Royal London stewards, supporting logistics and welcoming members. She values being empowered to make an impact, receiving recognition and having opportunities to progress her career.

Nicki

With Profits Actuary

Nicki leads a team who helps make sure we treat customers fairly. Having joined Royal London on an actuarial graduate programme and built experience across a variety of roles, she brings deep knowledge and perspective to her work. She enjoys tackling complex challenges, balancing the interests of different policyholders and contributing to discussions about our strategic direction. Nicki describes her area of the business as varied, collaborative and intellectually stimulating, with opportunities to work on different topics and alongside many colleagues. She values our supportive culture, people and commitment to customers.
