About the role
We’re looking for a Proposition Manager to support the delivery design, maintenance and enhancement of Royal London's protection propositions.
As a Proposition Manager, you will use data and insights to progress the shaping and end-to-end development of our proposition, delivering propositional innovations to improve the experience and outcomes for our customers and advisers.
This includes the creation of new, and changes to existing propositions, supporting the delivery of the Royal London protection strategy.
About the role
- Enhancing customer, employer and adviser digital experiences.
- Improving internal pension administration processes.
- Supporting proposition development and change projects.
- Leading specific workstreams within larger initiatives.
- Gathering customer and business insight.
- Defining proposition requirements and securing stakeholder buy-in.
About you
We’re looking for someone who can combine financial services knowledge, customer focus and commercial judgement, with a practical, collaborative approach to delivery.
Preferred experience includes:
- Financial services experience
- Previous protection experience.
- Experience working in an FCA-regulated environment.
- Pensions experience would be advantageous but is not essential
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to influence across multiple business areas.
