Senior Marketing Consultant (Engagement)

Are you passionate about marketing and looking for an exciting opportunity? We have a great secondment opportunity for a Senior Marketing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will deepen relationships with RL customers through engaging and timely communications aligned with customer and business outcomes.
About the role
- Design and delivery of engagement journeys within a 'squad'
- Use MI and insights to optimise engagement activities.
- Identify new opportunities and develop MVP journeys.
- Develop communications considering end-to-end customer journeys.
- Champion data insights to drive campaign performance.
- Support and collaborate with team members.
- Learn and champion agile skills.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and Royal London standards.
